We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states.
Small items, such as parts, will ship either UPS, FedEX, or USPS. Everything else ships LTL freight (on a pallet) and comes on a semi. You are responsible for moving the equipment from the semi. Lift gate service is available for a fee, where the equipment is lowered to the ground for you. Once your delivery has reached the final terminal the freight company will call you to schedule delivery.
Delivery locations must be accessible for semi-trucks to unload all attachments. If a semi cannot fit down your driveway you'll need to drive your tractor/skid steer to the end of your driveway, lane, or nearest accessible side street in order to unload.
Expect LTL freight truck shipments to arrive in 1-2 weeks. Once the equipment ships we will send you tracking information. The tracking information provides a rough estimate and is known to change (this is out of our control). The date is only an estimate, NOT A GUARANTEE. Other delays are possible based on weather & unforeseen circumstances.
If the equipment arrives at your location with noticeable damage, photos should be taken prior to unloading if possible. All damages need to be legible and properly annotated on the Bill of Lading (BOL) / proof of delivery. Photos and BOL should be submitted to us within 1-2 days.
Order cancellations can be accepted if the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped and you still wish to cancel, a 5% restocking fee & freight charges will be deducted from the return amount.
All items must be returned within 30 days in the original packaging in new uninstalled condition. If shipped, a 5% restocking fee & freight charges will be deducted from the return amount. Used items may not be returned.
All new equipment is sold with the manufacturer's warranty. See the Products description page for warranty length (most are 6-24 months). All used equipment is sold as-is, no warranty. We are happy to help with warranty claims but it's usually easier if you work directly with the manufacturer.
